• 1. My child is currently not enrolled in The Write Connection (TWC), and I would like to enrol my child in TWC lessons online. What should I do?

    Thank you for your interest in joining TWC! Please contact our friendly Customer Service Officers at any TWC centre and they would be happy to assist you with the enrolment process. You can find our contact details here.

  • 2. Where do I find the welcome and lesson emails sent to me?

    i. Please note that all emails are sent to the Primary Email Address registered with TWC upon enrolment.

    ii. Check if the email is in the spam folder or Junk folder. The sender of the email is: [email protected].

    iii. If you are unable to locate the email, please call or email the TWC centre your child is enrolled in to verify your email address. You can find our contact details here.

  • 3. I have forgotten the username for my account.

    The username for your TWC@Home account would be the email address you have registered with TWC at the point of your child’s enrolment. Kindly contact the TWC centre your child is enrolled in to verify the email address registered.

  • 4. How do I create my password?

    In your welcome email titled “TWC @ Home | Welcome! Your account has been created”, click on the link “click here to set your password”.

  • 5. How do I reset my password?

    i. On the sign-in page, click on “Forgot Password?”.



    ii. Key in your email address and you will receive the reset instructions. Please ensure that the email address you are keying in is the Primary Email Address registered with TWC upon enrolment.

    iii. Check your email inbox for an email titled “Reset password instructions”. If you can’t find it, please search in your spam folder.

    v. Click on “Change my password” and you will be redirected to set your new password.

  • 6. Can I add another email address to access my account and lessons?

    Only one email address can be assigned to each enrolled student at the same time. If you would like to change your email address, please email [email protected].

  • 7. How do I download the lesson material?

    i. Log in to TWC@Home here.

    ii. Click ‘Start Lesson’ on the class.



    iii. On the first section of the lesson (titled: Introduction), press the ‘Download’ buttons under the video.

  • 8. Must my child complete the e-lesson on TWC@Home in the same week as their regular class in TWC?

    Don’t worry! TWC@Home provides your child with the flexibility to complete the e-lesson at any time up to the end of the next major school holiday.

    If you sign up in Term 1 or Term 2, the e-lesson will be available until the end of June school holidays. If you sign up in Term 3 or 4, the e-lesson will be available until the end of the November / December school holidays.

    Your child may replay the e-lesson anytime while it is still available if they wish to revisit the content again.
